Yoga for Somatic Awareness
In these classes, Kimmie combines her yoga teaching, somatic training, and therapy experience to support students in cultivating deeper connection to Self.
These classes are open to all skill levels and are beginner-friendly. A combination of slow movement and stillness will be used to invite spaciousness and regulation.
Kimmie is a trauma-informed instructor and does not use hands-on adjustments. Instruction is given verbally to support a sense of safety and autonomy.
